PHP Supports J! 4.4.3: No , Set to 8.1 not 8.3
Allow url fopen: No, Set to yes in your php settings on your server.

Hi. I tried both of these and no luck. Also note that I've been on PHP 8.3 with URL fopen disabled for months and never had a problem.
